 Custom Grading Inc. opened its doors in early 2012.

Our team has had experience in this field for over twenty years, and we offer highly experienced employees with great customer service. 

Custom Grading Inc. is a Northern California based finish grading business. We have operated out of Placer County for more than twenty years. Troy Scott, our owner and president has personally been in the grading business for over thirty years. Presently, we work in Yuba County, Sutter County, Placer County, Sacramento County, El Dorado County, as well as in the Central Valley. We take pride in the fact that our crews are able to return home to their families each night as we try to avoid any overnight work trips. 

Though we specialize in residential finish grading, we have access to equipment to take care of custom house pads, paving, and hauling. Troy Scott has received recognition from Elliott Homes for outstanding and valuable service in completing the requirements to become an NHQ Certified Trade Contractor over his years in the industry. "I take pride in my work, and see that our employees uphold my high standards of quality." says Troy Scott.
